They are in route to their ministry site via some very long bus rides and will be settling in these next few days and getting some orientation from their host. These last 4 days of training camp have been so life changing. Who would have thought that my life would be turned upside down before I even got to Kenya! It has definititely made me step out of my comfort zone. But it is a good thing. I have to be forced out of my comfort zone so that I can grow and be where God wants me to be. Usually when I hear God,I just keep it to myself and just allow other people to do the talking. Our first "adventure" from the airport came in an envelope with directions and $37. We had to figure out a route to our destination in Atlanta (Safehouse), buy marta tickets, and walk with our luggage. It did not take me long to wish I had not packed so much. That night we were introduced to AIM staff and the five other Real Life teams. We split into groups of 6 and were given a map and 3-4 hours to minister to people on the streets. I can’t believe that I am finally here at training camp!!
