Mike and Miriam in their home at the IDP camp.
Awesome.
Downtown Nairobi. We stayed at a YMCA in the city for our first debrief. It was definitely an experience.
A rare commodity.
Taking down a gazelle for dinner.
Found this guy while we were taking showers in the waterfall.
Brian, Jenna and me with our crazy 10 pound cake.
Standing at the top of the waterfall with Brian…. Thinking about how blessed we are to have been chosen to come here.
I think Simon was trying to figure out which way America was. Simon was one of our awesome Turkana translators.
It is crazy to think that we only have four weeks of ministry left here in Kenya before we return to America. There is so much left to do. I hope that these pictures find all of you well. I wish I could capture images that would really explain what is happening here, but I don’t think it’s possible. Keep praying for us as our journey here winds down. I will keep walking this road that God has put before me here and I am interested to see what he has in store for me when I get home. I will be posting another blog as soon as I can to hopefully put some more text with these pictures and really tell you what we have been doing here in the past couple of weeks. In the meantime, read Logan’s most recent blog about John. It is an incredible story that we were really blessed to be a part of. Thank you all and God Bless!
