I am already blown away by what God has done and it has only been 4 days. God has been on the move within my team and in me. Here are just a couple stories of how God has been showing up and preparing us for what he has ahead…
From the first time our team met at the airport there has been a connection and unity that we can not describe. We are already like family and we can only give praise to God for that. It has been by him we have been able to serve, love, listen to each other, and encourage in ways that are way beyond us. God knew what he was doing when he put this team and together and I am so excited to see how he is going to use each and everyone of us to impact each other and the people in Kenya.
One sentence has been running through my head a lot lately. That sentence is… How can I show people the love of God if I don't understand and fully accept the love he has for me? In order for me to truly show people God's love I need to know what his love is like to the fullest. So while I have been here at training camp God has been showering his love on me and through his love I have been able to break through some lies the enemy has told me about myself. God has told me who I am and I am loved, cherished and adored by the creator of the universe! I am his princess. Through his love I have been set free! I am now more ready then I ever have been to show people God's love
