So here I sit in Nairobi practically wasting away as I drink down this fruity, watered down medicine I've been given. I had a free flowing case of diarrhea yesterday and it has proceeded to today. In the past hour I have gone three times and have sadly said my goodbyes to my white boxers that have treated me so well over the past years. They did not deserve the tragic conclusion of their life that came about so un-expectantly. I apologized for the venting.
…moving on to the Jesus stuff….
God has moved me these past four months. He has transformed me. He has taken my world and flipped it upside down. I have been revived, refilled, renewed, and reminded of my identity in Jesus Christ. I honestly can’t even recognize myself anymore. I mean yes, I’m still the crazy, ridiculous, over the top Jeremy Olson that my friends and family have known and loved. I still enjoy dancing like a gump, making myself and others laugh, and acting like a child, but there is no denying that I am different.
I have a new mindset,
A new peace,
A new grace,
A new fire,
A new passion,
A new love,
A new heart;
An awakened,alive, and rejuvenated heart.
I am a new creation.
More so,
I am a new creation that understands his truth identity.
