A Whole NEW World!

Dear Friends and family,     Where to start?! God works in such mysterious ways, well that’s what I have always been told  anyway. When I arrived her I was completely and entirely scared to death. The fear of the unknown I would say. I have begin to bond in crazy, unthinkable ways. I don’t think I understood Gods ways or words before I came to Atlanta, I still don’t think I have a firm grasp but He has come through me in ways like never before and all I can do is embrace. The road I am now walking is aliened with gospel, truth, and teammates that...

Set Free!

Voices rose to the sky as God given passions bursted into existence. I heard the cries of my brothers and sisters crying out to the God whose love was finally being embraced. With chairs tossed to the side because the children of God needed space to move, dance, and jump in their freedom, I experienced a worship service that was like no other!    Before this moment however, there was a battle within my heart that I could not ignore.  Guilt and Regret vs. God’s abundant, ever-present, overflowing love.   My heart was plagued with guilt and from that...

Feathers, Magnets and Nametags

I’m jumping up and down with raised hands and shouting victories one minute, on my knees crying and praying the next. Seems like I’d be bi-polar or something., but it’s actually just my realization of being consumed by the Holy Spirit. Understanding that I no longer have to feel any guilt or any shame. That those are all lies that I’ve fed myself this whole time. Satan was a liar, liar pants on fire, with a nose as long as a telephone wire. But I was calling him out and saying, “No longer will I be a victim. No longer would I be a slave.” As this...

An Encounter With God!

Wow.. I want to just let everyone know that I have an Amazing team. Training camp has been an experience that I will always remember. I have learned so much that my team and I can take into the nations. One experience that has impacted me through this camp is receiving a prophetic word. During last nights worship, we were told for three teams to stand in lines and close their eyes and the teams Uganda and Kenya were to stand in the middle. As we walked up to someone, we would put our hand on their shoulder, this let them know that we were there and to begin speaking as the Lord gave them...

My chains are broken and I’m free

I’m just going to start off by saying choosing what to write about is extremely hard, but I guess I have to choose something because if I tell you everything it would be pages long. Actually, I could write a book about it, but that’s a joke because I’m no writer.         Training camp has been an experience I will never forget. Seriously…It’s literally impossible for me to forget my experience here and let me tell you, I have a horrible memory.  I want to share with you the message that...

We are more than just friendly travelers

We haven't even left the states, yet this time has already been quite an adventure. I am amazed at how quickly our team became a family. Our team comes from all different backgrounds and worship in all different ways. But, none of that matters in the presence of the Lord. 12 students and 2 leaders. 14 souls that have already began to expeirence the Lord in a whole new way! 14 souls that love each other. 14 souls that are changing the world. Last night, worship was lead by the Holy Spirit. His presence was undeniable! Following worship and speaking, we learned about prophecy. Prophecy...
