To all friends, family, and supporters, your participants are doing very well and know that you have every reason to be proud of the men and women they are becoming. We left Kenya very encouraged! We wanted to share some photos from our time in Nairobi so you can see how your participants have changed.

About 2 weeks ago, my team and I went on a safari in a big, old, battered truck.  We all clamored into the truck's bed and I decided to sit with my buddy, Kolby, on top of a bar that happened to be 6 feet above the bed of the truck. As we we driving along, we had to dodge the tree limbs that were hanging over the road…for the first few times, we had to do it, I did a good job of diving out of the way of the branches and there leaves. Dirt floors, mud walls being held up by sticks and grass, no air conditioner, no musical instruments other than a drum, no cushioned pews or seats, and a small room packed with sixty people…and God still shows up to rock some peoples worlds. I want to ask the question, “What are we thinking America?” We have multimillion dollar churches packed with stadium seating, a full choir and worship band, all the lights, sounds, and special effects of a rock concert, and AIR CONDITIONING! We have all of this stuff and yet God hardly ever moves to the magnitude that He wants to....
