I can’t believe that I am finally here at training camp!! Exposed When I signed up for ‘Real lif-Kenya’, I imagined being picked up from the airport, nervous and scared and then dropped off at a summer camp for training and going through the basics of travel and the kenyan culture.  I was a little off. After saying my tearful good byes to my family and friends, I set off  from Colorado to Atlanta. I landed, and terrified, I met my fellow teammates that seemed like strangers with friendly faces. So the past week of ministry has been incredibly heavy but wonderful at the same time. I can really feel the Lord's hand at work. Tribes are off the agenda so we're in a routine in Kijabe. On Thursdays, we walk to "Kijabe Town" which is a 45 minute walk down the mountain. Our team partakes in door-to-door ministry there. Let me tell you about a family that has touched my heart.
