AHHHH so it has been 2 weeks here in Kenya and we have been with the Massai tribe. i have only showered once and have taken a couple bucket bathes. i have learned that my white t shirts will always have a nice brown tint to them and that dirt has permenatly stained my skin. i have been in 98 degrees weather during the day and 37 at night…my body is adjusting well haha. beans and rice is my new favorite!
i have also survived a dirt storm/ tornadoe! that ripped our tent onto the church building and bent the poles of my tent.
But while here God has been so good to us, i have never met a group of people with more joy for the Lord! somedont even own a pair of shoes yet walk miles to attend church on sunday..chuch is not oyu average 1 hr service here but like 3 hrs crammed next to everyone..but i love it!!!
