Words from my heart: It is time! It is time to fully give of myself for 4 months. It is time to abandon all fears and failures and trust in God with my whole heart. I am taking a step of faith and going beyond religion. I am ready to change the world in Jesus name no matter the circumstances and I will come out victorious for I fight for the God who is above all else! Lets do this!
To my team: God is going to do great things through each of us. Let's be focused on the Lord's will without fail throughout this four months. Let's be there for one another as we deal with emotions and trials that burden our days. We are a group of people that God has chosen. He has hand picked each of US for a purpose that we cannot even imagine! Let's use our God given gifts and talents in a way that pleases every fiber of God's being!
To my supporters: I love each of you so much! Thank you for sending me out to do God's work. Not only do I go as a representative of Jesus Christ (How scary is that! Father give me the wisdom to avoid screwing up) but I also go as a representative of each of you. After all, I would not be without you. This is your mission trip too and every life that I touch through this trip, you touch as well.
To my church family: I can't wait to see the revival within our church when I return. I will be praying for it everyday in Kenya! Keep up the good work.
To my friends: Each of you is such a blessing in my life. I will never forget the moments we have shared. Each of you is so special to me and I thank you for putting up with me all these years. Blessings and Prayers!
To all those not traveling to Kenya: Remember that the rest of the team and I are in no way more special than each of you. Yes, we will have some amazing stories when we get back but guess what? SO SHOULD YOU! You don't have to go to Africa to find the Holy Spirit radically transforming the hearts of God's people. He is constantly leading and guiding each of us and if we just follow His will no matter where we are…LIVES WILL BE FOREVER CHANGED! If that doesn't get you pumped I don't know what will!
