I can honestly say since my team and i left Atlanta we have seen nothing but the sun and the moon. Our days of wet waether had become nonexistant. It is now rainy season in Kenya, however never being here before i wasnt sure what "rainy season" had in store for us.
Thunder, lightning, pooring rain, and no power…..Thank the Lord!!! Those of you back in the states would most likely not be thrilled for that type of weather, but let me tell you i missed it!! Over two months of straight sun, i was ready to know rain still exsisted.
The people here thought we were crazy to be going out in the rain and enjoying it, while they were all hiding from it. Let me tell you we were anything but hiding from it!
God works in simple ways and Him sending the rain to me was excatly what i needed!
