For those of you who don’t know, in the summer I serve at a church camp called Falls Creek. This last summer the theme verse was Jeremiah 33:3 which says “Call to me & I will answer. I will tell you great & unsearchable things that you do not know.” I took this verse with me to Kenya & did just that. At the beginning of the trip I asked God to just show me what he wanted me to do with my life. I’ve learned a lot about God’s character after praying that.
You see, when you are following Christ and trusting him , his will becomes your will. Love God & do WHATEVER you want. God doesn’t give us desires in our heart to let them sit there, he wants us to get up & live that dream that he planted there.
The week I went home for my sister funeral I applied for a Leadership Academy called G42. Earlier last week I, along with 3 of my other teammates, got accepted! Something that I never thought I would even think about doing I’m going to do. I AM GOING TO BE A MISSIONARY.
I am so excited to be going to Spain in October and just going after God with a totally different perspective. I would like to ask you to be praying about how to support me. Financially or just being someone that prays for me while I fundraise & while I’m in Spain. I am believing & trusting that God will be faithful & provide the money like he did with this trip & even my week trip home.
I want to encourage YOU to pray & ask God for big things. He will give them to you.
