Our team leader needs your help!
Hey guys Mike Sanders, our leader, is in need of a some support! He has got to raise $400 by tommorow!! Although this seems really crazy Mike knows God is the ultimate provider and it is going to happen in some way. Below are a few words from myself and my teammates on how Mike has impacted our lives on this trip.
Kolby – Ever since I met Mike at the beginning of this trip we have had a special connection, a brotherly connection. Mike has helped to bring the best of me out, he has shown me what it means to not be afraid to glorify and praise my Father to the absolute fullest. I cannot imagine this trip being the same without him; he has brought wisdom, strength, the Spirit, and Kingdom and has shown me and the team what true honor looks like. Mike is pretty much THE man…he has a plan…and it’s gonna jam.
Jeremy – Michael’s wisdom, grace, leadership, and passion are qualities that define his everyday life. He has been there for me through the toughest moments of this adventure, guiding and encouraging me. On a more serious note, Michael is the cream of the oreo. He is the meat of the sandwich. One may even go as far as to say that Michael is the icing on the cake….Yah, he is pretty awesome.
Samson – Michael has been an amazing leader and someone I can truly look up to as someone who loves God with all of his heart. He has been there for me whenever I have needed someone to talk to or someone to help me through my problems. God has used him in many ways and I am so thankful that he has taken this journey with me.
Janna – As my co-leader, Michael has been amazing J Always lifting this team up in prayer and continually pushing this team into more and more of what God has for them- taking them higher and deeper with God. He has a HUGE heart for these kids and it shows through all that he does!!!!
Kayla – Michael has been a constant encourager and challenger to me through this whole trip. He has helped me to dive deeper into my walk with God and to live radically for Jesus Christ. He is an amazing guy and he practices what he preaches.
Andrea- For this mission trip I could not have been given better leaders. Michael has shown me how to have a relationship with god, how to worship freely in the spirit, forgive people and myself from my past, to stand up for what is right even if people feel offended, and most importantly how amazing and free life can be without a drop of alcohol. He has inspired me listen to god closely and do what he asks because he has the best for us and a far better plan than we could ever create ourselves or ever imagine! I will never forget what he has done for me and I know his future is going to be very blessed!
Know that there is some grace here…even though the money is really needed by tommorow it is ok if its in a little later…but the sooner the better. As you can tell Mike has had a huge impact on all of our lives…please prayerfully consider supporting my leader, brother, and friend.
