Yeah so I guess I haven’t blogged…..in a LONG time. So sorry about that! I’m getting very comfortable here in Mpeketoni and I know im going to cry when I leave this place and these people. I just love them SO MUCH!!! I guess I’ll just talk about my life here. Monday is our rest day so we either just stay home and chill or we go to the beach. Bishop said he’s going to take us to Lamu which is an island in Kenya and hes going to drive us around to see animals one of these Mondays which is exciting. Tuesdays we usually pray at the hospital at 6 a.m. then we clean the church inside and out. Wednesdays we split up in groups and lead bible studies at different peoples houses. The rest of the week we either have crusades or we visit orphans. Thursday through Sunday is definitely the days we are surrounded by children the most which I LOVE. When we have free time we usually go to town and chill outside by this shop that sells some amazing banana shakes. Oh and they have American music so that’s always great. We play card games and meet new people from town and make new friends. It’s actually pretty hard to play cards when strangers just walk up to you to shake your hand., but it’s still really fun. I feel really blessed to be here so once again thank you to everyone who supported me and fulfilling God’s call for me to be here!
