Photo Blog…

I spent all last night resizing a few pictures for our blog time today.  Enjoy!  I hope you like them…   Walking to the river with the school kids in hopes of seeing hippos and wildlife… Posing with Fred and Daniel… the bus drivers. Helping the kids across a stream… Elizabeth and Me infront of the “animals” we went to see… there were none. After Church in Kiserian, we decided to create a band.  Here we held a photo shoot for our album cover… Me and Omosh… He is one of the biggest...

2 Pictures…

Cooking with Patrick, I’m going to miss him the most.  We told him the other day how many days left until we leave and he was shocked… I think he’s going to miss us too. Peeling Potatoes at a school for their tri-week meal.  Potatoe stew and chapatis!   I hope to post a blog tomorrow… but we need to walk back to camp before it gets dark, so talk soon!   LOVE YOU Mom, Dad, and fam! You make my heart happy

so, i just typed up this huge blog from the past two weeks, since we’ve had issues with the internet. and right as i was about to save it, the power went out. i don’t have time to type it all up again, but i want everyone to know that things are going well. the most exciting thing for me was this past weekend. when emily came to kenya with AIM, she became very close to her team’s driver, elisha. she called him ‘baba’ meaning ‘father.’ my mom kept in touch with baba and his family and when they found out i was coming to kenya, they invited me to...

Since it was much harder for some other members of my team, I tried to let them use the internet for their blogs before me. With my luck, I was the one who found out that we had no more internet on our account cuz all our credits were used up already. So, I’ve been waiting, along with a few others, to write a...
