I spent all last night resizing a few pictures for our blog time today.  Enjoy!  I hope you like them…   Walking to the river with the school kids in hopes of seeing hippos and wildlife… Posing with Fred and Daniel… the bus drivers. Helping the kids across a stream… Elizabeth and Me infront of the “animals” we went to see… there were none. After Church in Kiserian, we decided to create a band.  Here we held a photo shoot for our album cover… Me and Omosh… He is one of the biggest...

Photo Blog (Last, Part 3)…

Our 4th of July “Bash…”  Complete with watermelon, burgers, and 3-legged races.  None of us had ever been so proud to be American. Me, Daniel, and Eliz.  All the Kenyans claimed to be American at the bash. The whole American team.  One of our only full team pictures.   Kenya is so amazing, and God is even more amazing.  This summer has been such a blessing to each of us and I am just trying to...

The temporary tent we “put up…” it was free.  Enough said. Traday, one of our wonderful leaders! 🙂 (Out of Order) Taylor infront of the church, before we took it down. Sam and Jeff on our beloved bus… drivin...

What do you do when you catch a mosqweeeto?

This week we went to a boys school in Isinya; which was where 16 boys from troubled pasts have come and received an education and Bible classes/training. We got to hear some of their testimonies and how much they’ve grown as a result of knowing Christ. We also got to play futbol (soccer) with them! We only lost by one point-holla holla! We also helped them fetch water from a well like a half a mile away. I felt like a real African woman because I carried the bucket back on my head. It was exciting to just get to encourage them in their faiths and to let them know that we cared about...
