  Mambo, We arrived in Kenya a few days ago and have hit the ground running. Our host church is full of amazing members with the love of God overflowing from their hearts! I am more than excited to be learning the language, culture, and way of life. My team has become a huge cohesive unit. We are a family! GOD is mighty to save

  OH wonderful friends and family!     Africa is like nothing I imagined and it is 10 times better! Well not that I thought it was going to be bad but it’s just definitely 10 times different then I expected! We were expecting to sleep in tents and we show up and now we are sleeping indoors on bunk beds! Patrice is a really nice man that makes our breakfast, lunch and dinner! What’s Your Sign?

WE ARE HERE!!!! After a super long plane ride we have finally made it to Kenya.  We were greeted at the airport by numerous smiling faces from the International Christian Center offering to carry our bags.  Once we got to their church a huge feast was prepared.  After introductions with our new friends they taught us multiple games to get to know each others’ names.  In return we taught them signs.  That’s right SIGNS.  If we are playing signs in Kenya I know this summer is going to be great!  Anyways everything has been awesome so far and I...

We made it!!!

After 24 plus more hours of travel, we have made it KENYA!!! I can already tell Kenyans are some the nicest people on Gods green earth. The plane ride was all right, still getting used to the huge time difference,but God sent me here just like he promised almost a year ago. This just quick blog telling you guys I made it. We have finally arrived!
