Monkeys and Blessings

Drew Hulsey Monkeys and Blessings Kenya has been amazing so far. The people are so awesome and so very kind. God has given us way more than we need. We arrived thinking we would be sleeping in tents but ended up in a secure compound (kind of like dorms)with beds, a few miles away from the church. We also have been able to watch the World Cup, which is part of the sports ministry that ICC (the church we have partnered with) provides. Earlie...

We’ve officially known each other 9 days, but it feels like years.    Today they went to a school in the slums to teach the children, sing with them, help serve their meals, laugh with them, love...

Hello! It’s Marla

Ok, My webmail doesn’t work in Kenya so I dont have a password for my AIM blog…. that means I’ll be posting under other people’s blogs… i hope you all find my disguised writing!   Kenya is amazing, these people are so hospitable and every has such a gentle heart.  My highlight so far has been the worship.  Worship here has been so genuine and truly beautiful.  I am growing so much in my faith and these relationships are forming so fast.  God has really been working though our team.  The other day we went into the community and talked with people on the street...
