Greetings all,      It has only been six days and I am completely in love with Kenya.  My team.. I mean family is amazing and the people here are so welcoming! So quick updates: WE ARE NOT IN TENTS!!! There is a saying here in Africa… “you may have a watch, but we got the time.”  There is almost no concept of time here unless it’s Sunday, and I love it.  It is really laid-back and our contacts are completely sold out for Christ and His work.    We just finished with our second day of ministry, the first few days after our arrival were spent doing some cultural training and team building activities.  Our first day of ministry we went into the streets and began street witnessing around the church that we are serving at, called ICC...

Drew Hulsey Monkeys and Blessings Kenya has been amazing so far. The people are so awesome and so very kind. God has given us way more than we need. We arrived thinking we would be sleeping in tents but ended up in a secure compound (kind of like dorms)with beds, a few miles away from the church. Also the church has hooked with a awesome cook called Patrick, who is so humble and can cook the best meals ever,needless to say we do eat very well.
