Training camp has been awesome so far. One word to describe this week: EXCITEMENT! As a leader this is my second time in a training camp, and even though I'm learning a lot of the same things, I still have a ridiculous amount of enthusiasm and excitement in my bones.
If life on the field in Kenya is going to be anything like training camp has been, this is going to be a season full of energy. God has been faithfully showing up and using worship and prayer to build me up with anticipation at the amazing things He is going to do this summer.
I don't know what these amazing things are, but I do know that God is not a discreet or quiet god, so we can expect big things.
I am excited to go and be back in Africa, and I am excited that you are following this blog to hear about this adventure.
